No win, no fee !

Marine Consultant works on "No Win No Fee" terms, whereby an agreed percentage fee is charged only when we have successfully recovered money for you. In that way, we take the financial risk of there being no recovery. If you are unsuccessful in the claim, the only costs you would have to bear would be exceptional expenses, assuming you previously approved them (legal fees, arbitration fees, surveyors' fees...).
